I have a lotus spreadsheet protected with a password. Just need to always remember that password.

I have a default password for 'normal' sites.

The rest are stored in a KeePass database store on an encrypted USB drive.

If all else fails there is always a password reset for just about every scenario where we use passwords these days.

I developed my own version of Lastpass. Don't trust any third party for security. Hosted on a free Azure instance - works like a charm. I own the source and don't share with anyone. Added 2 factor SMS auth for certain passwords.

Step 2: Run openssl with some values, generates a password of varying length.
Step 3. Make a note of it on Launchpad xpad.

Even if they were hacked, it's highly unlikely anyone will decrypt your passwords before you've changed them all.
