How do you set up a Gmail account so receivers cannot reply?

As per title.

The gmail account is linked to outlook which is linked to Pastel. Pastel is configured to use outlook 2016 to use a gmail account to send out statements. But the receivers should not be allowed to reply to the emails.

Basically all emails should be no reply emails.

The online instructions are all very confusing and not exactly what I want.

How please?

If it's a free Gmail account, not possible.. at best, you could create the Gmail account as no-reply...... [email protected]..

If it's google workspaces account, it's possible..

You can always do what Waslayer said with a normal account and then add an auto-delete rule. I mean if it is deleted and they did reply then so what. You should however add an auto reply which says this is a no reply email.

You could put an auto responder on that email directing people to the correct communication channel.
