How do you store your passwords?

I use lastpass for everything except my primary email, social media & online banking accounts, (which i use my head )
Although recently i have been having issues with lastpass recently

+1, same here. Funny to see so many people on Last Pass, after soo many dissed it a while ago.

in my head. All my passwords are the same. If longer password required I just double the password.

i intend to use between 3 to 5 password all depending on the risk for what i need the password for. so i keep them in my head as they are always the same.

i saw a guy whom wrote his password on his table with a permanent marker i front of his PC

I once was doing contract work at a government institution and, being a outside contractor, I was required to change my password weekly. On Mondays, I would take a photo of a random car in front of me in the traffic and use that cars' registration plate number as my password for that week.

OneDrive OneNote with A password on the page. This way all my mobile devices (cellphone, tablet, pc) has the latest syncronised. And is available offline ICE.

Worst. On a stick note on the monitor.

mostly in my head. but I have a text file with all my passwords not in full but in a certain way I will recognise them and were they work.
Just to many things required that you sign in with a passwords.

A good password protected Excel spreadsheet works. Keep that password in your head. Not easy to hack.

In my head for the only ones that really matter -- email account and banking account. There's 2-factor authentication for them too.

Once you're in email, you don't really need passwords for most other stuff.

I'm in the habit now, for accounts I don't log in to much, of just setting random strings for passwords and not storing them anywhere -- if I need to get back in I'll just request a password reset token by email, and use that as a kind-of temporary password.

In my head and in keepass in case I forget. The worse I've seen is the postit note on the desk or a piece of paper under the keyboard.

Lastpass's usability has gone downhill over the last year or so.
