That looks like a topup contract. (Adding extra data as you need)
On prepaid sim you can get 7.5GB for R99
10GB for R149 and 20GB for R249. (All include a similar nighttime data bundle valid for 31 days only.
The unused anytime portion of data rolls over for 1 month (so bundle bought on 1 June expires 1 Aug).
If they are fine with 10Mbs up and down during off peak (midnight to 7PM) they can get the Unlimited off peak bundle for R239. That gives you 250GB at 10 Mbs.

You could also take a look at Telkom LTE from Afrihost. They have 20GB + 20GB for R119
