How good is Rockethost.co.za

Hi Guys,

I've been looking around for a new web hosting provider and came across Rockethost.co.za
I am looking at their Reseller packages and the pricing looks good. Does anybody have any experience with them??
How good is their service and what is the up-time like?
It looks like they are running of Afrihost servers. Any feedback positive and negative would be appreciated.

I`m also open to other suggestions on Reseller providers

I wasn't happy with their service at all. They really let me down. In actual fact, they still owe me money. Been involved in a dispute with them for a while now. It seems like they just don't care about their customers.

Not sure what you are saying??? Are you asking if I work for them or own the company? The answer if that was the question is NO. I'm trying to get info on them and their service levels as I am looking at making use of their service or any other recommendations.

Thanks, I found this forum very informative so far. Seems people have some good experience and a wealth of knowledge here. I like!!!
 
Judging by the comment above I would say that they seem really dodgy... OceanHost on the other hand, are awesome! Go have a look ;)
 
Well I don't know much about Rockethost but I do have a guide where you can compare the packages of different hosts. These exclude reseller packages though but at least you will have a list of hosts to try out.

Hey there, please can you pm me which account you are referring to and I will have a look. I am not aware of any account dispute issues.
