7 Hours - but my internal clock wakes me up at 4 to 430 am no matter how tired I am.

Ideally 7 closer to 8 but get 6 to 7 and almost always feel sleepy.
Need to also consider sleep times as research has shown quality sleep to be between 10pm and 2am.

6 hours during the week and 7-8 hours over the weekend. Plenty exercise daily, eat healthy and take regular breaks even if it is to go for a body break and get tea/coffee.

I sleep about 6hrs max, even on weekends/holidays. Can't do more than that even if I try. My brain won't allow it.

I'd like to just be able to sleep without some sort of sleeping aid for once. I've been on sleeping pills for 7 years already ffs.

The actual answer is MOAR. I can sleep up to 12 hours, but it's probably a side affect of anxiety even though it is under control. But I'm good with six. I can cope easily. Less than that I'm slow and less than 3 I become a supergrump.

I'm so used to being awake till 4am that by 7:30 I'm up again to take kids to school, spent 15 years or so DJ'ing in the evening at clubs, and events plus being a single parent my kids only watch pepper pig, booba and true on Netflix, now I stay up until like 11pm sometimes midnight just to get in some extra design work, gaming or watch series or movies I wanna watch because until they go to sleep my 3 and 4 year old control all that I think is mine, super hyper active 24/7 lol

So min 4hrs sleep is good enough

Currently i function on about 6hours of sleep, still get up at 4 to go to the gym . . . The time i do sleep i have to get up and feed the baby and put him back to bed as well. Sometimes that takes more than a hour
