My pattern is well established over many years. To the minute. I sleep 4 hours 17 minutes. Open my eyes instantly wide awake and ready for spreadsheets.
Better yet, ask yourself what is your current quality of life. That will lead to more restfulness and energy vs simplifying it into "x-amount of sleep hours". If you let yourself into a shitty/bad/unhealthy day to day life, you will be tired even if you could cram in 25 hrs of sleep.How much sleep do you need?
