Hate these articles - a blended rate is a load of BS to parade in front of the DoC or ICASA when they have to account for their tariffs. If they wish to claim this "blended rate" then they should also include the forfeited minutes/airtime.

Choose 33c Tariff, that's it! Not rocket science. Cell C has the 66c Tariif and that's it. No hidden costs whatsoever.

I've been a Vodacom prepaid customer for years on the 79c per minute tariff. I've never paid 33c per minute for a call ever. This is a completely made up number.
