@Cavedog is correct as regards that one particular package. However dismal service and the inability to get even the most simple actions completed makes them useless.
The problem with Telkom is still sales and support. The packages have improved, just wish they would get the customer aspect right.

And it hopefully has the effect of getting bandwidth hogs (me included) off the network during peak hours.
