Windows Updates, Anti-Virus Updates, Other Program Updates?
(Wait... You're going to tell me their all switched off, right?)
ctrl + alt + del . Processes , svhost.exe , end process ???????
Yup, unfortunately svchost deals with a whole bunch of different things, some of which like DNS resolution, are essential so you can't just block it completely.Tried this and the computer reboots. SVCHOST MUST run as it is a windows file.
