How to check Supersonic LTE Data Usage

I was wondering how to check my data usage on supersonic lte. It seems not to have a portal for this, anyone know how to do this without relying on my routers usage statistics?
 
I made contact with Supersonic today asking the same thing (via their WhatsApp Business contact). They've advised that their usage portal will be launching soon.
 
Until then it will be like driving in darkness without any lights on. Knowing how much data i have left means i can make decisions of how to use the data and not get cut off before the month ends.
Supersonic topup prices are just mad
 
You can message them on WhatsApp asking for the remaining balance.

Would you mind posting their top up rates? I only recall seeing the monthly rates mentioned in articles and posts...

I once logged in to their make shift portal and saw top up prices the cheapest was R149 for 10GB. When topping up i need something like 1, 2,3, 5 GB as it would be just for a day or something.
 
Usage monitor has just been added to their portal. Although it said I still had data when it had reached the limit and the top up didn't reflect, so looks like it still needs some work. Their top up rates are quite expensive, might be cheaper to upgrade the package if you top-up more than 10gb a month
 
The FLTE Usage page does not really help. It does show the anytime total and Rollover but I do not know when anything expires or when the rollover will kick in.
 
Agreed. Their portal still needs a bit of work. And btw if you switch SIM cards once the router is linked to supersonic it locks you out of the network. Just found that out. Very frustrating.

Supersonic support is generally not bad but if I compare prices MTN LTE is cheaper through Afrihost. The data top-ups are much cheaper and there mobile app is way better than the supersonic portal.

Im having this exact issue now for the second month and getting fed up. Can't plan downloads / steam updates because **** is calculated incorrectly. Or doesn't show on the FLTE page
 
Has there been any improvement regarding this issue?

Don't mind Afrihost, but I do mind having a contract.
 
@netstrider: The Afrihost/MTN Pure LTE service has very detailed bandwidth usage charts. In my experience the Pure LTE service is cheaper and performs much better than Rain Fixed LTE as well as Telkom Mobile. Topup data is also much cheaper than on Rain FLTE and TM and any unused data rolls over to the following month. You can terminate the service at any time with only two weeks notice if I remember correctly.

Since I received my router ,sim card not working at all from Monday till today
 
Since I phoned but no helper and someone said to me she will be back after few minutes till now
