How to disconnect DSTV

Hi, I've been trying to disconnect my DSTV, but when I use the self service, it just gives the error "cannot schedule disconnection of this service" anyone experience this before?
I've tried contacting them, but got no response. Does anyone have an email address for them?

Lol..they try..they even offered me the service at R650..I still cancelled..wont pay more than 500 for premium with.access fee included!
