How to improve broadband in SA

The only way is if Telkom get off their damn arse and do something.

Not that I disagree with you that they should get off their arses, but why ONLY Telkom?

What about Broadband Infraco who are meant to be build a backbone network using State funds?

What about Neotel, who were granted the second FIXED LINE network operator license?

What about MTN and Vodacom who benefited hugely from CTRs to get them going in the MOBILE space but are now wanting to compete in the FIXED LINE market?

What about the ISPs who want to piggyback off the network operators to provide content only but don't want to fund any network expansion (or build their own)?

What about SITA, another State body using taxpayers' funds?

What about ICASA and the USALs?
