How to setup a MIFI

Hi guys
I bought a MIFI from china but i don't know how to set it up and the user manual is useless, i switch it on and connect it to my E220 dongle with 8ta network, it start flashing blue and then give me a blue light but i'm unable to connect with it through any device ??
 
Can you see any new device appearing as a wireless network? It must have an SSID
 
I see the Mifi name but it shows a message that it's unable to connect with it !!
 
Device must have a name/password written on it somewhere, check under battery.
 
It got a name and password but no device is able to contact with it, i just wonder dose it need a set up and how to set it up ??

There should be an IP address on the sticker under the battery. Enter that in a browser - just make sure that any other wireless router that you may use is not active until you have finished changing the setup. Also, make sure the mifi's IP address doesn't clash with any other IP address if you have another wireless network running.

Hi there,
What is the make and any other identifying marks?
Some of these devices do not work with RSA Sim cards so I wouldn't go blaming the SIM at this point.
