Also not really what this thread is about. He is doing some seriously unscientific tests. There is no control on how hard he is hitting the phones, with either golf club or hammer. I would have like to have seen him do more realistic tests like dropping the phone on it's corner and see if it still works fine. Or the falling out of pocket / bag. Multiple drops. Corners are weighted and padded to force it to land in a certain way.When I had my LG it dropped about a meter, lol. Screen cracked and digitizer damaged. Just gave the insurance a call and got a new phone.
But it is all on how it landed.
That AGM landed on the corner which took most of the impact.

That was my other die hard. It eventually fell out of my pocket into a drum of paint!! I didn’t realise until the paint was used and the guys found itFrikkin Samsung Note 4 giving me no compelling reason to upgrade. Taken many knocks and falls and I stopped a long time ago panicking and checking if it is still alive. It sits in my back pocket and more than once shady young men have come up to me and pointed that it is about to fall off. It ran a while on a battery given by a colleague who had driven over their note 4 which has been subsequently resurrected.
