HP laptop with SP3 system cannot display Asian language,help

Hi all, I got this laptop with XP system cannot disply any Asian language. I have try to install language pack and it was sucessfully, but when I choose any language other than english for match Unicode in advance option, it gives me "Setup unable to install chosen locale,please contact your system administrator"
Please can anyone help.
