bought the exact same one but it has issues. The don't connect lekker to the 12v socket. You have to fiddle with it quite a bit

I find there's a fair amount of variation from car to car; luckily the Bodyglove charger and my BMW are a perfect fit.
 
Been trying to import my Contacts from a Samsung C6625 which is not in the DHD supported list of phones. Any ideas how I can do this?
 
Ok, my phone had it's second drop last night....bumped it off the table and it bounced on the tile floor....everything is still working 100%. :)
 
Anyone else had issues turning 3g off? I sometimes turn my 3g when I am on standby and leaving my house but when returning when I switch the 3g off its still active.
 
Anyone encounter a "stuck" pixel on the DHD yet? I have just discovered a single blue pixel when on a black background :-(
Tried an app called JScreenFix, been running it at night for a few days. Must be over 40 hours in total now. But to no avail.
Nashua Mobile seems happy to send it for repairs but it will take up to 5 weeks!!
Has anyone been able to fix this without sending it in?

Mine dropped +- 1.5 meter along with many items when I bashed the PC desk with both hands because someone scammed 17K5 of my business account. Also still doing fine. :)
 
I have had my first big drop yesterday ...
about a meter off the table ... it bounced off the top right corner ...
now there is a little grey scar ...

Still working great though ...

Hey Coastalshark, I really don't believe it's worth being without your phone for 5 weeks for a stuck pixel. I have a similar stuck or "hot" pixel on my Canon 50D and live with it. It'll only show up on certain backgrounds and easy to clone out using photo editing software. Don't know much about Android apps, but there are probably free photo editing apps that'll do the job without having to open the photo in a stand-alone image editor.
 
Can we use Internet Pass Through via Bluetooth?

I don't want to have to use the cable all the time... (No WiFi either)

I don't use Outlook - I use Thunderbird.
Could NOT get my old Samsung to talk to WIN7 PC with Win Mobile or PC Studio. :mad: Fired up my XP labtop, installed Samsung ActiveSync and Outlook. Phone connected and exported contacts, Yay!:D
Installed Outlook on WIN7 machine, imported contacts from pst file on laptop then ran HTC Sync and imported contacts to DHD. :) What a drama!

You also could have synced your contacts with your Google account. That how most Linux users do it.

Syncing with Google is brilliant. I don't even back up anything when chopping and changing ROMs any more - Google takes care of my contacts, and Android takes care of my installed apps. It just... works.
