What Satnav sw do you use - bought my phone on ebay and don't think it was bundled /preinstalled.
 
Personally, I think the camera on the phone is pretty crappy - but then again, I'm comparing it to my SLR :P

Ok so HTC Sense is pissing me off. Ive deleted my account and re-created it 3 times but now it says my 'phone finder' is off. It isnt!

Previously I was apparently floating around just off the Nigerian coast.

Should I be doing this outside with GPS on? I wouldnt imagine it works with GPS cause if my phone gets stolen its not like the thief will turn GPS on anyways.

Apparently there was a step by step fix on this thread but I cant find it. Any help?
 
For those considering buying from Expansys please note:

I ordered two covers for my phone on the 29th of November. Still don't have anything. Both items were said to ship in "10 days" (working days) but I have nothing to show for it thusfar. The one cover I ordered was highlighted in yellow, which I take to mean something like "might be in stock with supplier" and the other one green, but after I placed the order Expansys informed me that it will take about 20 working days to get the covers. Now it has been delayed until the end of January.
So be wary, if you want your screen protectors and covers as fast as possible.

I for one, intend to order screen protectors and covers from Take2 for now. I've never been disappointed with them, nor have I ever had to wait extra long.

I am in the same boat ... ordered screen covers from expansys on 10 Dec and still nothing ..

Apparently the suppliers e.g MTN, Virgin etc are bringing in more phones and accessories in the second week of Jan.

Like they were bringing in the phone in November?

It really is easier to order from eBay... I ordered a full leather pouch for R20, and a car holder for R60 yesterday, it'll be here by the 15th of January.

...which reminds me - I offered to help someone with the 14 in one packs on ebay, but can't find his PM... if you read this, PM me again please.

Ordered my pouch from the virgin mobile shop in cavendish...supposedly 2nd week in jan...we will see.
 
Lets see who's arrives first :) I ordered yesterday. (or the 29th, can't remember)

EDIT: NEvermind - ordered yesterday, and both items were shipped from different suppliers in hong kong yesterday - lets see what happens. :D

Doubt it... customs tend to ignore items below a 100... (that been my experience)
 
Any1 in Dbn - I can help with screen covers - pouch. I got the 12 in 1 and ordered extra pouches as well. No custom duties!
 
Well, im highly peeved. My sim card cover (Antenna cover) decided to take a walk in Menlyn Mall and now my DHD has no reception. Signal strength is nearly non existent. Apparently the cover is the antenna.

Im taking it back to vodacom tomorrow and im going to try get an out of box failure status for the phone. Its not my fault the antenna cover is so flimsy...Ordering a cover will probably take a month. Anyways, im still within the 7 day period and who would expect the cover to just fall off?
 
I'm wishing I had ordered from the Martin Fields site directly. Expansys says they have my pouch ready to ship but not my screen protector and that it will be on back order (no estimate whatsoever given).

I am disappointed that I didn't even get an ETA this time (the last one said 25 working days on 2 December). I'm hoping I get the item soon...my screen won't survive me at this rate.
 
i am in the same position regarding the martin fields screen protector. i emailed expansys and asked them about timescales and was told 15 days to delivery. i ordered the same day and was then told it is on back order and there is no eta!
