I agree. You're not gonna make any award-winning documentaries with it, but it's good enough for the odd home-made video. :)

Just running it on a dyno... thought there was something wrong. Not making as much power as I'd hoped, probably because its due for a tune.

I was just thinking, what is the benefits of rooting an Desire HD and why should I start doing this.
 
There is more than one. Just search for Desire HD, and filter on accessories.
 
Anyone having problems with calls going directly to voicemail?I think it has something to do with the data connection.
 
There is no TomTom app for Android. That article is actually about the "Locations" app that you already have on your phone. Route66 supply the routing engine, and TomTom, by virtue of having bought out TeleAtlas, supply the maps.

TomTom hasn't shown any real interest in developing a standalone Android app.

Read somewhere that it's only happening in certain areas & sounds like a tower malfuction.

On Vodacom & no problems in Cape Town.

I am in Cape Town? And its happening in a few area's. Parow, Century City, Table View, West Beach
 
Nope - phone is on, has signal... and then I get an SMS from 121 which says I had a missed call. Only happens some of the time, say each fourth or fifth call.

Im in Durbs and having no problems at all. Im with MTN.
