HTC DESIRE HD

Using the one from my jnc media player. the original one was causing my phone to overheat sitting around 37 degrees on charge. Ive been using it exactly the same. in fact i might have been a bit more than usual.

Same here :( I was in Mozambique this week sleeping at a B'nB and I was disoriented while sleeping and trying to turn around in bed and I accidentally knocked my DHD over down the side of the bed, between the bed and the night stand so it landed vertically on its head on the floor. There is a small superficial dent on the one corner and an insignificant scratch on the other corner. You can hardly see the damage. Oh well, my phone is still perfect.
 
I knew it ... Mozambique is a dangerous place to visit ...

guys i have been using my phone more exessively than i thought. im getting about 9-12hrs from a full charge, i normally hit 20% charge when i get home
 
What is happening with HTCsense.com?

like its ok that it isnt working now, but im hoping they fix it soon. :o like really soon

what other pay phone locator apps are there out there?

I think lookout security has that functionality IIRC. :) (And it's free)

are you guys switching the network to GSM only? This made my battery last 2 to 3 times longer. You dont always need super fast data, EDGE works fine for 90% of needs.
 
anyway to make the call speaker louder? when i get a phone call and im inside a car i find it hard to hear the person speak over the phone (due to the windroar when travelling)

is there a way to make this speaker louder?

Yeah, it's not very loud. Best is to get a carkit that plays the sound through your car speakers.
 
Anyone know a free good video player? I tried Vplayer but its a trial... and some of my videos wont play in the normal player.
