HUAWEI-E5220 Mobile WIFI loose network

I bought a telkom HUAWEI-E5220 Mobile WIFI it only connects for less than 10 minutes then after it looses network and it won't connect until i remove the battery from the modem.any one has experienced the same problem whats is the solution.

@daddyboy75 Faulty hardware! I had the same problem with another Huawei device on another network whereby you would be connected to the network for like a minute and get disconnected from the network. Then you would unplug and plug the device, same problem is ongoing.

I got my Huawei wifi modem 2days ago. I cannot conbect to the internet at all. I have reset it about 10 times with no luck. My dongle was deactivated with the result that I now have NO internet. The Telkom agent assured me I will have signal with no problem. My daughter needs the internet for a project that has to be handedin tomorrow and I have no internet I am extremely annoyed.
