Telkom ran their own promo... I got mine from telkom without registering on the Huawei promo website

Did you just order online and it came? I'm still waiting for my online order (Since 26 Oct ordering) and the Preorder bit was still on their site.
 
Has anyone anywhere found any accessories for this phone? What's the deal? No one has anything.

@michellej did you get that screen protector?
@Huawei Where are all the accessories? How do I protect this phone?
 
I don't think they have them, I tried all the shops @ Menlyn this past weekend with no success
 
Found the clearplex laser cut screen protector at Vodacon for R299. Like a thin film. Seems ok for now
 
My screen has the dreaded bleed/gluegate issue. Time for a replacement.
 
Mine seems to have gotten progressively worse since Saturday will see what Telkom says tomorrow as I showed the guy at the store the article before I got my phone and he said no probs if it has it just bring it in.

Please let us know because we have two phones from Telkom coming as soon as stock arrives.

Same here, waiting for delivery, run the hardware status app once you get it to see which panel it is
 
When I cancelled my order (again) yesterday Telkom said they only have stock on the LG pannel ones for now, so even sending it back is not use as you will just receive another faulty one. Apparently they will have to get new stock in the country which is hopefully not the ones wit the LG panel but that will take a while
