There should be a case in the box (inside the package with the manuals and start guides) , however I am not sure about screen protector, as mine didn't come with one.
 
Just got back to the office and got mine set up. It is an absolute beast of a device! Hot damn!

I was surprised to see there are no downward facing speaker grills or whatever. My face almost melted off when I figured out where the music actually comes from.

Or mine.

Do you think that Vodacome etc will start selling these this week? I'm really keen on protecting this screen.

I also wonder how this effects the fingerprint sensor ?

Not at all sure hey, will try find out.

With regards to how a Screen Protector affects the Fingerprint reader, some guy at Android Central bought and applied a Tempered Glass protector for his unit in the UK, and now his Fingerprint Reader doesn't read his Fingerprint through the protector.

I think it's best to get a slim plastic protector, rather than Tempered Glass

That's a pity. I do like a tempered glass protector. But I guess the facial unlock is good enough?
 
Just forced an update on my Mate 20 Pro and boom, seems that final FW is out: 126

This .126 FW seems to have further improved battery life. Used Waze to get the shortest route to work today and the thing sat at 100% all the way, even now it's at 97%.
 
@Huawei Is there an indication about the Watch GT's strap colour when we order it online on the 4th? I can't get a lot of info on Youtube. I just really do not want the brown strap...

Gt will be brown. Gt sport will be black rubber when it's launched
 
Can anyone that has gotten a device on contract etc... Confirm does it come with a screen protector or not pls. Otherwise i need to make a plan
