Do you charge your phone overnight? I am worried to overcharge the battery on the phone

Full day of use I end up on 45% left at 10pm.

Yes, the same applies for the P8.The local networks dont want us to use dual sim phones. I am not sure if cellc software locks dual sim phones cos they openly advertise dual sim handsets.

No, you dont need to get another sim tray. Sim2 can either be used as a memory card slot or a sim slot. The only way a network can prevent you from using the dual sim feature is via the software. All versions of the P8 and P8 lite have the hardware to be dual sim, networks are blocking this feature via software/the phones firmware.

I read somewhere that 2nd sim is limited to 2g only.

You are right. The 16gb model is the single sim and the 64gb is the premium dual sim. The gsmarena specs confused me cos it doesnt specifically state that the P8 64gb is the dual sim model.

On a random note, the comment section states that there is only 1 functional speaker and the other speaker hole is a microphone.

Is there way to enabled the second sim support in GRA-L09? I think hardware wise GRA-L09 and GRA-U10 shouldn't have any difference. Need a dev brain here

Sorry to tell you, but there is a clear difference. GRA-L09 has NFC, but no dual sim, GRA-UL10 has dual sim, but no NFC. It seems one cannot have it all

Does anyone know if the P8MAX is available in this country ? I have large hands and would prefer the extra real estate. I am going to the UK next month, but I was told it is not available there. I will be stopping in Dubai, but it seems the only way to get it in Dubai is through mail order. It is freely available in Hong Kong and China.

Hello everyone, I need a good case/cover for the P8, but having a difficult time, as the one's I've seen are rather flimsy, I need something that will take a hit, and the phone will still be okay, I'm pretty rough when it comes to phones.

Any suggestions, and where to get it.

Best bet at the moment would be eBay or the like.
Or perhaps call the Huawei Store at Vodaworld Midrand (but I wouldn't hold my breath).
