Can anyone assist please, my x3 Hubble AM2 batteries are losing charge and Hubble gave me new firmware, but I do not know how to update it? I have a RS232 to USB cable but I dont know what I should do to update.

No problem, I have been through all links like that, if you go check the one you sent it does not actually tel you anything except for the cable required

I literally have the same problem. Where can I get the firmware?

Yeah I do, and when it’s set to Lithium battery it loses 1% after every loadshedding.

Edit: I have to drain the battery completely and let it recharge for it to get back to 100%

Mine is at 50% then suddenly drops to 0%, its a firmware issue, mine sometimes stays at 99% when full but you have to remember that the equipment itself uses some power thats why it does not always charge to 100%

I would not just use any firmware that you find on the net. Only use the FW that Hubble sent you after all the troubleshooting and you providing them with your batteries serial numbers.

I did my FW upgrade with the FW they sent me. Won't touch any other FW not received from them. You could be in for a world of pain if you brick the batteries or some kak happens.

I agree, I got this from Hubble themselves, but rather get it sent to you

The firmware download package has instructions inside the folder
