hundred pushups program

So didn't get to do the program tonight :(

Will need to continue tomorrow, bummed

I'm giving tonight a skip - spent the day at the vet - puppy got poisoned :( - going to be starting this weeks pushups tomorrow as well
 
Right so after my complete failure last week :)

I started with Day 1 again! :)

Hurt my hand on Friday but did my training last night.

Week 3 day 2 is done with 27 extra push ups in the endurance section. I can feel it today but its getting better. :D

Took me a good few minutes before I could stand up afterwards. :p
 
Did the initial squats test. Stopped at 50. My knees were creaking :erm:
 
Dammit struggled through week 3 again so looks like another repeat.

Ono di you measure chest and biceps? Anyone else?
 
I am giving this week a complete break.

To date I have completed 2345 (cool number :P) pushups.....

I did week 1, week2, week3, week 4, week 4, week 5, week 5, week 5, week 5.....

I think a week's break will give my muscles some much needed rest and prepare me to try week 5 for the 5th time....
