So as promised I did the initial test.
I could only manage about 22.
I'm really going to give this a good go, as I really want to lose some weight and get fit. I think if I have some accountability (knowing I have to report back to you guys, I think I can do it!)
I'm currently 21, weigh about 88kg, and 1.78m tall. I'm quite fit, I play squash twice a week and i've started going to gym another 2 days a week, now its just a case of eating the right foods and exercising! I'm aiming for about 75kg, I don't want to be hugely buff, but more lean and strong. I used to run alot at school and I was super skinny - i've never had a lot of muscle so I'm not sure what the right way to go about this would be!
