Well I use it and I'm still alive. :D Been using it for some time now, if it helps me pick up 5Kg then I will recommend it :p
 
Started the program last night to see how many I could do.
Got to 25 then my form started going a little off so thats mine.

Only problem is my arms and chest are really stiff today! :D

Will be starting Week 4 Column 2 today, feeling pretty good so far. Can't wait to perform the next exhaustion test. Wonder how many I'll be able to do. O_O
 
Start this week,

Even if you have to do assisted pushups, it doesn't matter how fit or not fit you are, the program is designed to help you build strength and consistently do more and more and more pushups,

Putting it off will only lead to another reason to delay yet again, and so on and so forth...

I already started gym and doing pull ups and dips. Adding this to that routine will kill me. Hence, waiting. It's not stalling. Its surviving.
 
after gym last night ouch tries but failed, arms too tired will have to get more fit before retrying

carry on with the program but perhaps start with a lower column or try assisted push ups?

I restarted week 3 yesterday and struggled much more than the first time, like I got weaker :wtf:

I attempted week 3, day 3, column 3 last night and it was extremely difficult. I couldn't complete the last "max" set in one set.

I think I'm also going to start week 3, day 1, column 3 again from tomorrow and see how I go.

I assume by extremely you collapsed on the floor like I did, ended up lying there for like 5 minutes :D

Yip, thats exactly what happened to me after last weekend. Eventually had to resort to an easier style of pushups to get throuh the full number I was required to do.

Form is more important than the number of pushups you do. If you are struggling, it is better to rather drop down the sets and maintain form than do more pushups :)

Sigh... Its a tough one hey. I think that hopefully after another week or two we can move onto week 4 :)
 
So i was not able to do my day 2 last night :-/. Will have to do it tonight and then day 3 on friday. I shall be dead by the weekend.
 
Its the last bit, do as many as you can that gets me.

Same! I can just about manage the other sets fine, but that last set just kills me. Last night it was supposed to be a MINIMUM of 28. I did 15 and then died :o.

So I did another 15 and called it a night :)
 
I also didn't manage to do my Day 2 last night. Will give it a bash tonight/tommorrow night then Day 3 on saturday :D
