Pushups work mainly triceps, not biceps... Or I'm doing it really really wrong!!
But will be pointless if you're doing biceps exercises (such as pullups) at the same time...

It will still be cool to keep a record of your gains though! I took my weight and a "before photo" (which I'm keeping to my damn self!)
