@srothman, what week are you on atm?

Today I'm doing Week 5 day 3 column 1. Day 2 final set was just balls... >.> I had to take 2, 10 second breaks for the final pushups. I'm probably gonna suffer today. ^_^ (if I do I'll probably repeat day 3 on Sunday then continue week 6 on Tuesday)

Also on week 2 day 2 column 2 for sit-ups, that's going pretty well.
 
Only started now. Was supposed to do Week 2, but between work, moving, and traveling, the hours drew a bit thin this week. Will carry on with Week 2 next week, and just do like a few "refreshers" over the weekend.
 
Got last day of week 1 coming up this evening, to be followed closely by some rewardingly chilled beverages :)
 
I was on a drip yesterday morning :(

Finished day 1 of week 6 without failing.

How is everyone else managing?

Actually my arms felt fine the next day. Felt a bit numb on the last two sets.

Maybe I should do more. Not following the 100 program though, I just try to do 100 in any format. I will start following the program tonight...just to keep track.

I'm in exam time at the moment, so I've fallen off the bandwagon for now. I'll be back :)
 
I'm repeating week 4 at the moment, tried it in column 3 which was a bad idea. :p Even column 2 is tough but I managed day 2 properly today, should just be able to finish day 3. The last set is starting to kill me though, maybe i should rest for longer inbetween. I try to rest almost exactly the 60,90,120 secs they advise.

a longer break may help, also nutrition is key.
 
Meh, started over. Found out that you have got to try and keep your elbows as close to your body as possible while doing pushups.
 
5 sets they mad. Initial test i did 15 or so,so i guess i'm column 3? No ways i'm gna do 9 in set 5. But i'' give it a go.

Bit confused as to wat the ranks on the initial test are for,from what i can see if you can do 150 pushups or only 11, you will still be doing the same workout (column 3)

Okay..I kinda fell off the wagon with exams and work etc. But I'm starting Week 3 again this week.
On a side note..any exercise for abs that actually works?
 
hope the rest f you are still rocking along, i need to update OP when i get a chance, if you guys dont mind posting your current status? you are also welcome to post arm/chest measurements if you will.

I am off the bus again this week as my evenings are spent putting up dry wall for the remainder of the week.
