I tend to agree with the Bull here mate, seriously let a professional have a look at your "thing" as you put it.

If you want to use s*#t like dianabol then mate you are playing with your body and it will happen. Drop the stuff and detox yourself, I almost want to guaratee you your "thing" as you say it will work again.

Shame, no one has even considered the impact (or lack the of) this situation is having on the poor girlfriend. So here is some sound advice. Run a lovely hot bath, sprinkle in some rose petals and sensual oils, light the candles which have been placed around the bath. Then when the mood is just perfect, give me a call and leave the rest up to me :D….but only if she is attractive.:D

Yeah, I definitely think it's a good idea to see a doctor, so I will.
 
have you tried lube and then smacking the pony??? Try in front of mirror. Remember you must love youself dude...maybe go see a prossy or dominatrix.
