Well, now I am also sync'ing at 384/128, down from 512/256. What is happening? Are Telskum quietly crippling the "cheaper" adsl lines?

I subscribe to the 384 option. Since my sync speed has decreased, my speed also seems to have decreased slightly.

Same over here. Frequent timeouts, disconnects etc... If I had a choice I would have stuck to my previously stable 192kb d/s package. I also spoke with a telkom salesperson at the claremont branch who informed me of the price reduction. She was reluctant to spill the beans, it was like drawing blood from a stone.
