OMG I couldn't believe this... since the rain my iburst has been dead to me... so I phoned Iburst on saturday and asked if someone at the second level of support can take a look at it... The first level support kept insisting that my MTU was feked so I told her either she lodge this fault with the second support level or I'm going to hang up. She agreed and lodged the issue and gave me the support number.
On sunday my connection came back and everythign was flying again w00t. today I just received a phone call from the support telling me that they are going to try sort out my problem... given that I didn't give him a chance to prove that he's support would help solve my problem. I have to give credit to iburst... the support division seems to be doing something with regards to call backs.
I must say at least this is 1 step in the right direction.
