iBurst cap usage inconsistencies

The 1GB compensation has been sorted, waiting on a response on my email regarding my usage statistics.

Well when you've got issues and the answers aren't forthcoming then you have to pursue the matter.

I'll wait until tonight for some feedback regarding my email (even a "thank you, we have received your email and will look into it" will do for now) before lodging yet another HelloPeter complaint.
