My dashboard does not show my usage since August last year... the same with 3 other people I know... when is this going to be fixed?

I already reinstalled the drivers and dashboard... or is it a general problem at the moment? And when can we expect it to be fixed...?

Our dashboard is working , dashboard problems are usually machine related.
Please send me your details(iburst account no. or username) and i will ask our technical guys to have a look at it.

Thanks Gcebile, technical helpdesk contacted me very quickly... They say there is a problem on the system and it should be resolved by next Wednesday... Lets hold thumbs... lol...

I'll hold thumbs with you krono9, as my dashboard also has been out of function for months now. For e.g. the data usage doesn't reflect and when I click on the Services tab, it doesn't bring up the iBurst Selfcare page. So if this is resolved by next Wednesday, I'll regain faith in iBurst.

Well krono9, today is Wednesday and my dashboard was still not functioning. So this is what I have done - my dashboard has been uninstalled (a big thanks to Anthony Serfontein from Dial-a-Nerd) which doesn't solve the problem, but at least I am not constantly reminded about it! My bandwidth report is sent via e-mail which, for some days I receive the same report as the day before, but who cares - iBurst was so generous in giving me 2G for the 1G data I am paying for, that I am bearing all these little irritations with a big smile now. I have learned to accept the things I cannot change.
