Iburst no data charge

Has anyone else found that they have not been using any data according to the site login?

I dont know whats been happening but according to the logs on the website, i have used no data this month, it tells me how much was carried over but nothing used and i know by now i should have been capped, decided to test it and update all my games and so on...

Dont get me wrong, i'm def not complaining, just wanna know if anyone is having the same?

Mine is showing, but quite often there's a good 24 hour delay in the info, so I know to take it with a pinch of salt and use it only as a rough guideline. But yours seems to be a bit extreme.
 
As with all ISPs, they WILL bill you eventually for this. You never get away with mistakes on their end. So don't hold your breath, and don't download the entire internet otherwise you will be the latest newspaper headline with the title " Iburst user receives R60,000 bill" .

In this country, you will have to "Babysit" your connection yourself, don't expect ISPs to be capable of monitoring or even billing you correctly.
 
^Not! Iburst have never charged any one when something like this has happened. So enjoy being uncapped while you can.

Lol, i wouldnt trust iburst with anything.
If the cant do billing right when you have not done anything out of the ordinary and just need a normal bill, imagine the chaos if they find out that you done something like this... I predict a screw up on your billing .

So this is how users manage to download 100GB on a 64k link :P where it is only theoretically possible to get around 20GB
The capping software has always been flaky, could be half the reason why the stats are delayed
