Did the survey and your website speedtests.

Suggestion.
Put the results in a format that may be copy pasted say with Ctrl-c, ctrl-v or some other posting facility. Will make it easier for complaining clients to talk to you - and give you detailed results. Say a click link that I can save and e-mail as attachment or plain text.

Your test summary page will not scroll down and your View Text will not copy paste as that is done with a notepad type Java app - no menu's.

This is written on the proven reactions from IBurst guys in the past. You get the glitches, you get the fixes too.
