I haven't pin pointed where the tower is but I'm more impressed by the last mile coverage I'm getting at the current location.

Did a few tests in the Midrand yesterday, pings were around 161, download speeds were somewhat strange so I didn't post them.

At 1 Mb/s I was still ranked better than the rest of South Africa.

At 2 Mb/s I am better ranked than the rest of the world and clearly better than the rest of South Africa.
 
Can you give an indication when these 2 Mb/s modems will be released?
 
Gabarone sucks on Ping, speeds are good though.

and pingtest.net and speedtest.net don't agree on ping?

I find that the error rates are higher during the day compared to late at night. Day has upper 10% error rate, but ave about 1% to 2% error. At night it's upper 0.2% error, but ave about 0.06%
