Rules of engagement : No slandering and only positive suggestions wanted.

Ok my suggestion is regarding the 128k VAS.

By this time we all know about the uncapped at full speed after hours. Like many others like myself i have no need for the 64k uncapped or 128k uncapped during normal "peak" hours.

Is it maybe possible that subscribers to the 128k VAS will enjoy a longer period of the happy hour scheme? Maybe start it from 22:00 - 08:00 weekdays "Cant really suggest later than 08:00 as businesses that mainly using their internet during office hours will feel it the worst.

And maybe 18:00-08:00 for weekends ?

Evenings are popular with subscribers and many are still up and about at 22h00. The weekends idea sounds good which I'll forward to the product team.

I would like a full speed uncapped offering from iBurst. If other wireless providers can offer it, why not iBurst?

I know the technology used might be different but if smaller niche operators can offer this, i cannot see how iBurst cannot compete.

My contract will be ending in December this year and have already been looking around for other internet providers. If iBurst cannot offer something better by then i will most likely be moving my account.

B360 is offering 4mb uncapped for R999.00 per month and 1mb for R799.00. They are mainly in the Helderberg and Overberg area in CT.
Amobia also has an uncapped package starting at R299 for 384kb to R799 for 3mb.

The only drawback of going these routes is the initial upfron cost for the CPE device.

Cheaper VAS?,

This is a nice extra for any package including pre-paid users, but for the price its bit high

Employ more people in the call centre's so that we may have the joy of not holding for 1 hour

I rate the speeds of the throttled VAS's are double but the prices stay the same. Aka 128k vas for R199 and 256kvas for R249. It would be nice if I could game online AND use Team Speak while throttled :)

I rate they match Cell C's prices: 5GB for R249 a month or 2GB for R149 a month.

I'm on a Wireless5 for R544pm including modem and 64kb VAS ending next month and getting about 120gig+ per month.:D

Not bad for a wireless connection but still looking to move to either amobia or b360 at the end of the contract.

Get a Site survey for my company as i cannot get through to the call centre

iBurst Modems

My wishlist includes a generic decently engineered, iBurst multi Modem driver for Linux, with "package management" etc.

My suggestion. Updated Snow Leopard drivers that doesn't cause the "disconnect" issues

All i ask is support, and if they can actually manage to fix my problem I'm been having for the apst year that woudl be nice it took them 8 months to fix the previous problem I had numerous calls and emails and eventually some threats and it got sorted, so support is really the only drawback of iburst, the pricing well reckon most wil just stay and pay the extra couple of bucks if they know they wil be getting some support and problems fixed.

^After hours VAS to start at 10pm and to run all day on weekends. You can do it Ronald :D

OR

Linux drivers.
