revert back to the old packages with new package benefits.....
Example
I am still on the old package - 1GB with uncapped 64kbps all for R238
then with the arrival of the new "add ons" I have got 2GB with uncapped 64kbps, full speed 00:00-07:00/08:00 (not sure) and then still another 2GB mid month all this for only R238.
All I would change on the above is make the uncapped 128kbps.
P.S. - I would also make the warranty and repair process of modems better

ambroseg1, you are lcuky, as I lost my 64kbps uncapped when they upgraded us to the new packages. 
I don't think the uncapped packages would work for COD Blops, as the guys with 384 ADSL can barely play. I migrated to the wireless 5 package.

luckily I dont really play online games, so I asked them to re-instate my cap as per my old contract.ambroseg1, you are lcuky, as I lost my 64kbps uncapped when they upgraded us to the new packages.
I don't think the uncapped packages would work for COD Blops, as the guys with 384 ADSL can barely play. I migrated to the wireless 5 package.

if you promise to call a customer, or if the customer calls for you and leaves a message because you are unavailable (or out for the longest lunch in history), MAKE THE CALL/RETURN THE CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instead of 256Kbps? I can tell you 128Kbps is definately not cutting it, not sure if 256Kbps will (don't have the opportunity to do real world tests), 384 does work ok though...
To be honest, I'm for shaping, I do work from home and the last thing I need is some kids porn torrents killing me while I'm making critical midnight changes!

That may just cut it...
For me the only reason I have got VAS is the after hours (0:00 - 08:00) full speed download capability.
128Kbps is totally unusable to me.
Skype etc will just not function at that level.
I use the service for business purposes and 128Kbps is stuck in the dark ages to be quite frankly.
That said, I do applaud the new free mid month double data top ups as well as the after hours full speed uncapped VAS.
I simply have no need or practical application for the 128Kbps service and will probably never use it.
Split these options perhaps or offer a higher normal hours uncapped package?

shaped 256k at about R400
shaped 512k at about R600
and shaped 1Mb at about R750
Not as a VAS or bolt on... a pure product. I may very well get iburst again then. Until I dont have to worry about "managing" my data I will stay with ADSL. But bring out a competitive product to low-midrange ADSL then I am sure you will get tons of new business.
