Schedule your big downloads and Windows / anti-virus updates to run after midnight.

Also, even at 128kb's uncapped Iburst option, I want to see a user that can download 100gb for the month.

I think that 100GB figure referred to combined traffic. iBurst didn't throttle uploads, so people were getting fantastic ratios by seeding at full speed all month.
