Telkom will charge us more for everything. Report usage to client. Sure expect a 50 meg email each week full of graphics and advertising that alone we ensure they chew up more of your cap. My dog could have written a better piece of legislation. One sentence was all that was required.
1. Reduce charges by 90% on IP connect to ISP's, cost per gig and line rentals.

I would guess they only come into effect after publication of the gazette which is most likely tomorrow. However icassa should have specified this in their regulations so it is anyone's guess.
