ICASA Council says that they have decided to postpone the publication of the LLU discussion document

... and when the LL is finally unbundled, I guarantee it will be at wholesale prices which make the whole thing unaccessible to other telcos anyway, and with line repair response times that make new entrants look bad for problems they cannot control.

When Padayachie got elected and boasted the November 2011 LLU deadline last year, did anyone truly believe that this was possible?
Lets hope with Padayachie's vision and the skills of Rosey Sekese, there will be more driving force from the Department of Communication.
