Nevermind found it: India go through, on account of topping their group.. In case the final is washed out, the teams will be declared joint winners.

If a Semi-Final is tied, the teams shall compete in a Super Over to determine which team progresses to the Final. Refer attached Appendix 7. If following a tie, weather conditions prevent the Super Over from being completed, or if the match is a no result or abandoned, then the team which finished first in its Second Round group shall progress to the Final.

Final

Just been told it's pouring , little to no chance of a game today. So who goes through to final? Sa or India?

Rain forecast up until "kick off".... let's hope it's not too heavy and we get a full match. Really have no idea why they scheduled night matches for the important games (crowds probably) when dew has been shown to be such a factor. Rain before though may negate the issue of dew in the second innings as the outfield will be wet in the first too. Indias spinners will hopefully battle with the wet ball...
