Seems reasonable to me and it’s super convenient in the apple eco system.
Many years later, there is no such thing as cheap online storage. Where you do get "cheap" storage, there will be many strings attached.
What about the argument ok in isolation but meh compared to rivals? (Value wise).Seems reasonable to me and it’s super convenient in the apple eco system.

Mega provides a lot more storage than usual for a cloud provider, and has zero-knowledge encryption as well. I offloaded my external hard drives to it over a year ago and it's been great. Now all my stuff is in the cloud. Many years later, there is no such thing as cheap online storage. Where you do get "cheap" storage, there will be many strings attached.
I tried using iCloud but eventually gave up and went back to Dropbox. The upload speeds were horrific and sharing files was a bloody nightmare.Seems reasonable to me and it’s super convenient in the apple eco system.

Lol I can just buy another 2 / 10 TB and be winning after 4 years again. Luckily I don't download and backup the whole internet. Keep struggling with that HDD's and keeping them running during loadshedding. In your mind and dreams. 2TB after 2-5 years means nothing to most people. You now sit and struggle having to make space, delete old files, or pay a lot more for additional storage. No thanks.

Lol I've already got a backup lifetime account elsewhere. They can close up tomorrow for all I care.Don't worry, I will. And just wait for that day Pcloud goes belly up, like Google, and your lifetime account turns into a $40 monthly account or they close doors and everyone has 30 days to remove their files and get no refunds. That is the problem with these small companies too.
