Identifying unknown program/process/service

I am having trouble identifying this process which brings the desktop to the fron t while gaming.

I have uninstalled all the lastest installs but this did not solve the problem.

If anyone can help to identify this icon so that I can terminate it to oblivion.

Aside from the built in resource manager you can also try downloading process monitor (sysinternals/microsoft).

Thanks but I did this install but that didnt help in identifying the icon. The icon literally pops up on the task bar for 0.5s and then disappears. It does not create a process or program when doing so.

I installed a printer around the time this started happening and only managed to capture this icon today. I uninstalled the printer and all its programs but this icon persists... Im guessing the installation changed something in the registry/services to keep searching for something printer related?
