Good day

I need some help.

I have a problem with my IDS x64 alarm system. From time to time the alarm disarms or arms itself.
The alarm is not set to automatic arm/disarm.
I have a SMS Alert module wired to the alarm panel zone with a 3k3 EOL resistor.
I've checked the system for any loose wires.

Regards,

your event log will show what is disarming the panel ... key switch or zone arming is not a safe option and you should use a bus receiver

Hi, I seem to have the same issue, Did you ever solve your problem? happens intermittently, the system will arm/disarm itself.

I have the same issue with an brand new installation.

I have the Hyyp wifi module and a Sherlo receiver on one of the zones. The user code for arming and disarming when it randomly acts up is user 130 ( manual indicated armed by zone )

So far I've tried:
  1. Removing batteries from the remotes to isolate issues with the remotes
  2. Changing out the receiver and reprograming the remotes.
  3. Disabling WIFI on my phone and internet
  4. Blocking the WIFI to the Hyyp module
  5. By passing the zone that arms and disarm
The issue persists. This is on partition 1, partition two has no issues and it is connected to the same Sherlo receiver with the same remotes.

been a month of annoyance trying to isolate the issue. Anyone know anything else I can try?

My installers stopped taking my calls after replacing the receiver because he didn't do the Hyyp installation ( he didn't know how ) I've already spent 30k on the system, new home lots of others bills really hoping someone can point in the direction of a fix so I can reduce the time and costs running away with this.

Hello. we moved into a house that has a IDS Alarm system (X64) installed. Everything seems to be connected and working properly. I have a few questions and not sure if its possible without getting ADT or someone out. Its not activated and I dont plan on linking it to a security company. Would be nice to be able to use it though. 1. How would I go about resetting the access codes for it. The manual I found online says there is a installer code, master code. Cant seem to reset this successfully. I assume I will have to do something on the main board? 2. Is there some software / cables that I can program it via a laptop with?
you will require the current stored access code, to change it to your prefer one... request from the previous occupant/owner.... ?

or you can :

try your local armed response guys, see if they can assist...generally they are way more open to assist, without charging call out charges.
