I hope it's under the right thread.
I've got a x64 panel, expansion boards, relays boards, keypad, and IP Module for mobile functonality.
The oak at the store said I will be able to acces IDSwift2 with the IP module and that I don't need to have the serial cable. I've tried seting it up but IDSwift2 asks for a comm port, which ethernet obviously doesn't have.
The website of the store, and the website of IDS themselves state setup with IDSwift2 via IP module is possible, it's one of the feautures.
I've contacted the retail store but the tech guy says I'm not doing something right, he will get back to me with instructions but not receiving feedback.
Please assist? Has anyone been successfull in this method of setting up?
