IE10 has crosses over form elements

I installed Windows 8.1 and noticed that IE10 has crosses over form elements like textboxes, buttons, and select lists.
I checked the IE10 add-ons and i have nothing except Shockwave there.

I am worried if this some sort of phising software, virus or trojan that I have as I got the install off the internet.

I use Chrome but I don't want any malicious software on my machine.



Has anyone ever seen such a thing before?

Nevermind it's gone now. Think it was just a display driver issue after drivers and windows updates it's not there anymore.
