Image resizing Desperate

Hi

Im using Joomla and i have opted for this simple image resizer it also converts image to a thumbnail i think

Now the problem i have is that when i am working on my frontpage in Joomla I dont see how this software is working as when i resize the Images to put on my page there is no option or im not seeing it to zoom and make the image bigger clearly i have not got this Fboxbot to work properly can anyone give me a step by step guide or idealy give me an msn messenger name so i can add you and you can help because im really desperate to get this to work .......A chap on this forum gave me three options i chose the Fboxbot there was also Imagemagick but i cant them to work please HELP

I have tried Irfanview but when i want to upload the files in HTML Joomla says file format not recognised im obviously doing something wrong but what? in actual fact its the closest ive come to getting this soughted do you have some suggestions ie maybe giving me a step by step on this i really am the Forest Gump of this type of Software i appreciate the assistance
